The four compositions have Lelio as a guitar player as well as bass player, keyboards and the drums are programmed. You won’t find ridiculous amounts of shredding in this release, but you will find lively and engaging tracks that showcase the musical skills and qualities of Lelio Padovani. [...] Padovani is a talented musician, as well as a professional performer. His guitar sounds clean, neat and crystal-clear, being also very melodic, uplifting and elegant. His compositions follow mainly the Fusion and Prog-Fusion styles, covered with a thin Electronic layer produced with synths. [...] “Waves” include quattro tracce in cui la chitarra occupa un ruolo centrale, ma tutta la sezione ritmica partecipa efficacemente alla realizzazione di un prodotto di alto livello qualitativo, nonostante la sua brevità. Il cuore pulsante del disco, paradossalmente, è la traccia conclusiva nonché titletrack: si tratta di una cavalcata di oltre sei minuti (le altre tre restano sull’ordine dei quattro minuti e mezzo) che cresce d’intensità già dopo pochi secondi prima di un finale in cui più chitarre elettriche si sovrappongono e i cui piani scivolano l’uno sull’altro, sprigionando “le onde elettriche” che danno il nome al disco. “Time Traveler” apre invece le danze con suoni dilatati, e la sensazione è davvero quella di essere in viaggio, mentre “Siren Song” concede qualche virtuosismo in più, ma senza eccessi. “Sunday” è un pezzo dal tono più epico, in cui diventa cruciale l’importanza di tutto ciò che fa da sfondo alla chitarra.
